Mobile alarm delivery policy

You should expect your LiveLife Alarm to be shipped Express Post within 4-5 business days of your order, however, we will try our best to send your alarm sooner if we can. If your order is urgent, please call our Sales Team on 0800 555 179.

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Stripe or PayPal containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.

A tracking number will be supplied via email upon dispatch. If no-one is at the delivery address at the time a card will be left in the letterbox. The parcel will be then made available for collection at the local post office.
